Being engaged is such a fun time in life.  It’s a small chapter where couples get to celebrate together as a couple and with their friends and family that they’ll soon be taking the next step to marriage.  Engagement photo sessions are such a great way to come together and celebrate this time in life.  Most of my couples tell me after the session that now it just feels “official”.  I like to use the engagement session times to get to know my couples, especially if they’re nervous!  Pretty well before EVERY session, they each say “We are the most awkward couple you’ll ever meet, and we’re super uncomfortable to do this”.  To which I say, “Don’t you worry. I got you!” 

Engagement Photo Sessions are also a really great way to create images for signature guestbooks or save the dates.

To plan engagement sessions, I’ll help you every step of the way from what to wear to location.  I love shooting engagement sessions at the beach, parks around town if you want a more woodsy feel.  Even our downtown/ riverside area has some really unique areas to photograph these sessions.  So I’ll ask some questions, and we’ll get to planning.
